The Spurger area does not offer any apartments, and quality family rental property is scarce. When I took over this property in January of 2019, creating a safe, quiet, relaxing family environment became my number one priority! I wanted to offer a lovely place that families could afford. We wanted to make living at The Park fun. Each of our mobile homes has been completely made over, and each has a theme and a name, it's own personality you could say. We still have several improvements on the way, but we have made huge changes so far since 2019. As of Fall 2020, we now have the park full of trailers that we own, that are clean, secure and spacious. We are easily within walking distance of the Spurger ISD, the Dollar Store, the Post Office, the Bank and other Spurger businesses. We have tenants that work in Woodville, Silsbee, Jasper and Kirbyville and know the short drive is worth the peace and quiet that the community of Spurger offers. Welcome to Three Oaks Park One. If you are looking for a mobile home to rent Three Oaks will be happy to accommodate you! Located on a paved county road in the beautiful Southeast Texas Pineywoods area, we are easy to access. We are just miles away from all the activities the stunning Lakes area has to offer including world class fishing, woods filled with trails for hiking and horseback riding and several top notch golf courses. There are also many attractions and year round festivals in the surrounding cities, so you will never run out of sights to see and things to do. The weather in our area is quite moderate compared to areas north of us. We are milder than the Dallas/Ft Worth area in the Summer and a bit warmer in the Winter. We are NOT in tornado alley, but far enough North of the coast to be safe from major hurricane damage. Speaking of the amazing Gulf Coast, we are less than two hours from the stunning Bolivar Peninsula and several gorgeous beaches. Come see what the peaceful, amazing Spurger area has to offer!
